This July, dancers will dive into focused training designed to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and build the technical foundations needed for safe, healthy, and proper movement across all dance styles.
Each class will begin with targeted technique training centered around strength, flexibility, control, balance, alignment, and conditioning. Dancers will then transition into a choreography session where they will be challenged to apply the skills and technique concepts they explored earlier in class.
This training opportunity is perfect for dancers looking to grow stronger, move smarter, and continue building confidence and versatility throughout the summer season! 💫
