Providing quality dance education with a focus on growing each student’s creativity, technique and passion in the art of dance.
At DADC we believe in learning more than just the art of dance, but the art of being a good human. Our artists will leave the studio a better dancer and a stronger, more cofident, independent, positive, empathic and supportive.

DADC offers a variety of programs to fit the needs of all ages and levels of artists. From beginner to advance, recreational to competitive, and adolescents to adult, we ensure that one of our programs will ignite the artist in you!
We are proud to offer a state of the art acrobatics program, certified by Acrobatic Arts.

Mallory Idavoy has over 30 years of dance training and has been an educator of the arts for over 17 years. She harbors a passion for sharing her knowledge with others and is looking forward to bringing new opportunities to the art community of Chatham County.
As the youngest of her siblings and cousins, Mallory was raised in the dance studio and had her first stage debut at 18 months old. She immediately fell in love and created a relationship with her art that would carry her through many stages of life.
Mallory was a competitive dancer for 13 years before heading to college, where she studied Dance Entertainment at Florida School of the Arts. Following college, she has worked with students in various studios on multiple dance, theater and gymnastics styles.
Along with teaching at a local studio Mallory began growing her passion for theater where she was able to find her talents as an actress and singer. She has played lead and supporting roles in shows such as Spamalot, And Then There Were None, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Wait Until Dark, All You Need is Love and more. Along with being a stage performer, she has also directed and choreographed for many stage performances.
Mallory is looking forward to bringing her 'triple threat' experience to Siler City, NC and is ready to share many artistic programs that will show the community exactly why she loves the arts!

Ciearra Cunningham is a Durham, NC native whose passion for dance was sparked by her childhood church’s dance ministry at the early age of 6. It then spread life wildfire to professional classes at the age of 9 with training in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, African, modern, and more.
Ciearra began her collegiate career at North Carolina Central University where she majored in Dance Education, served as a member and captain of The Lovely Ladies of eClipse, and was the principle dancer of the then, Clear Onyx Dance Company.
After recovery from a major knee injury in 2017, she returned to her passion. Coaching several teams, becoming captain of a semi-pro cheerleading team, working at Arthur Murray Dance Center, teaching adult classes, and so much more!
Ciearra is now picking up where she left off after becoming a mother and is honored to be apart of this phenomenal studio!
“DADC felt like home the moment I arrived. I felt welcomed, seen, and safe. As instructors we focus so much on making a great environment for our artists that we tend to forget we too deserve one. DADC checks all the boxes for me!”
“To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful... This is power, it is glory on Earth and it is yours for the taking.”
